The Arctic is in serious trouble thanks to the oil companies. Specialy by Shell which at the moment is between negociations with Gazprom. Greenpeace is trying to gather millions of signatures demanding the preservation of the Arctic.
The melting of the Arctic affects everyone in the world, no one is saved. In Mexico, we perceived the problem far away, so much that we don’t care much about it. Thats why to create awareness and to understand the agravation of the issue, we decided to take the problem to the table of mexicans.
¿How are we going to make this?
When people arrives at restaurants, bars, events, etc. we will serve them a glass of water with ice.
The ice will contain inside some kind of capsule which, when it starts melting down will release black vegetable paint that will turn the water black.
When the people raises their glasses, they will discover in the coaster a call to action inviting them to sign the petition via web.
